Friendly local atmosphere enhances the stay.
I was given a side room instead of a promised sea view, and the balcony was a hazard as it wasn't secured properly. The noisy roadworks below made for a frustrating stay, and the cold pool was a huge disappointment. the pool bar was closed despite being advertised as available. overall, this didn’t align with my expectations.

Satisfying stay despite minor flaws
The manager’s attentiveness was outstanding, making my family feel valued. The nightly complimentary treats were a lovely surprise that enhanced our experience during the Easter holiday!
The air conditioning in our room struggled during the hot nights, which made sleeping a challenge. The outdated decor was also noticeable and could use a refresh.
